Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation within 14 Days of your arrival date or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10 % of the total booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Group Bookings: For group bookings or reservations made through third-party platforms, please refer to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking, as it may vary based on the terms and conditions of the booking channel.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the original payment method and may take 30 Days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing times.
